  • 1 large peach, diced
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl or a mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, honey or brown sugar and ground cinnamon, 
  2. Add Peaches: Gently fold in the diced peach, ensuring the pieces are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Mix Well: Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl or seal the mason jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  5. Serve: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency. Top with additional peach slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or your favorite nuts for extra crunch.
